Cancellation Policy

At Mridulankee, we strive to provide a smooth and transparent cancellation process for all customers. Please read the following cancellation rules carefully before placing an order.
1. Free Cancellation (Within 3 Hours)
Customers can cancel their order within 3 hours of placing it, and
No cancellation charges will be applied.
A full refund will be provided (if payment was made online).
2. Cancellation After Shipment
Once your order is processed and shipped, free cancellation is not allowed.
If you still wish to cancel the order after it has been shipped:
Cancellation will be accepted only if the courier has not delivered the item yet.
A deduction of up to ₹200 will be applied to cover shipping and packing charges.
The remaining amount (if any) will be refunded after we receive the returned parcel.
3. Cancellation of Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
COD orders canceled after shipment will also incur ₹200 deduction for shipping + packing.
Refusal to accept the COD package will result in the same deduction on your next prepaid order.
4. How to Request Cancellation

Provide your Order ID, name, and reason for cancellation.
5. When Cancellation Is Not Possible
Cancellation will not be accepted in the following cases:
The product is already delivered.
The customer has requested cancellation after the 3-hour free cancellation window and does not agree to charges.
The product is customized or altered as per customer request.
6. Refund Timeline
If your cancellation request is approved:
Refund will be processed within 3–7 business days to your original payment method.
Refund time may vary depending on your bank/payment provider.
